⭐ Declutter your car (and make it lighter)

⭐ Don't fill up your tank fully if not necessary
⭐ Slow down naturally when possible

REMINDER TO CHECK MEDICATION 💊

In the care sector we understand the importance of checking medication to ensure no mistakes are made. It's incredibly important to take your time with medication calls, whether your tending to a new service user or someone you've assisted before.

You should always check the following:
⭐ Is it the correct medicine?
⭐ Is it the correct dosage?
⭐ Is it in date?
⭐ Is it safe to take with other medication?
⭐ Has it been stored in an appropriate place?
⭐ Does the service user have enough stocked up?

PRETTY MUDDY 2026: Help us Support Cancer Research UK! 🩷

Our incredible office team will be taking part in Pretty Muddy, Sunderland on Saturday 27th of June!

For those that don't know, Pretty Muddy is a 5K muddy obstacle course organised by Cancer Research UK Race for Life to fundraise and raise awareness for Cancer Research. This amazing charity have been raising funds and changing lives for more than a quarter of a century and host events like Pretty Muddy nationwide, all year round.

We recently held a care planning and risk assessment workshop at our head office in Durham with our Area Supervisors.

This was an excellent opportunity for our team to come together, share best practices, strengthen our skills and ensure that we are continuing to provide the highest standard of care across the region.

A huge thank you to our Learning & Development Facilitator, Becky and Quality Practice Mentor, Korraine for leading this workshop and thank you to all who attended!

Revisiting our training regularly is important in ensuring our team remain confident in their role and work stays consistent. Thank you to our team for the dedication they bring to their roles every day!
