As of this week we will be closed on a Tuesday. As some of our lovely customers know my daughter suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm in August, thankfully she is recovering well however since then I’ve had a few health scares. These challenges have affected my own personal wellbeing, which I am a strong advocate for. So this decision is necessary in order to focus on my own wellbeing. We are sorry for any inconvenience and hope you understand, we will reassess in the new year. Thank you once again for your custom, support and friendship 🙏

MyTruth Yoga 🧘

Still spaces available for our Sunday evening class at the beautiful Zen Den Wellbeing Hub . 5-6pm , £6 for an hour of gentle movement, peaceful music, connecting to our breath and empowering our inner voice. Places limited and just be booked in.

Yoga Nidra special on the 23rd November, 6-7pm £10 for an hour of guided yoga nidra and a space to truly rest, connect and find self. Spaces limited (almost full).
