As the summer approaches SLOWLY I’m considering doing out door boot camp…
just looking for interest I will also bring my kickboxing classes back if there’s enough interest!!! not sure on days and times as of yet with just starting a new job..just putting word out 🏋️‍♀️🥊

It’s been so long since I had a steady gym routine and feels like forever since we had our classes running hopefully all this will be over soon and life can return to normal

Our fitness sessions are starting back with restrictions in place for your safety.

Roll on Saturday get me back in that gym 🏋️‍♀️

I’d like to say I’ve been motivated to work out at home during lockdown truth is for the past 3 month I’ve done nothing apart from walk,
I’ve lost 1 stone over lockdown so that’s good but I’ve missed the weights, so Saturday can’t come quick enough 🏋️‍♀️ 🥊 do I feel guilty for not working out for the last 3 month nope not at all...

But I am ready to get back on plan so ...

My workout plan is ready
I have goals i want to reach
So let’s go!!!

Evening everyone hope everyone’s keeping as active as you can during lockdown, I’m walking with my little side kick 🐶 and keeping my diet as good as I can 😬..I just wanted to give you a quick update but I’ve still no idea when I’ll be back 😢 hopefully see you all soon 🏋️‍♀️
