The Night Light Café provides free, non-clinical support for people who are finding life difficult.

The Night Light service provides free, non-clinical support for people experiencing a crisis in their mental health. Our Crisis Cafés are open 2 nights a week, here at the Spilsby & District Wellbeing Hub. There are also others around the county too (Skegness, Louth, Horncastle, Mablethorpe and Lincoln to name but a few) We can also provide phone support too.

ADVANCED NOTICE

There will be NO Night Light Café Spilsby on Wednesday 5th November, as our team will be supporting the Rotary Club of Spilsby with their annual fireworks display. We believe partnership work is so important, anything we can do to support other local clubs and projects, will only bless & enhance the services we can offer to our community.
