Before and after pictures of this beautiful girly who’d had a litter of puppies 5 months ago. Her owner took her to her first dog show since the pups and she felt she wasn’t moving well. A friend took the picture of her being stood for the judge (Before Picture). She was dropping down through her thoracic sling creating an exaggerated dip just behind her shoulders. She was standing uncomfortably behind, her feet were too far underneath her, and holding a lot of tension through her lower back creating a roach through the lumbar spine. Her tail tense and clamped to her bum. The after picture was taken a week after treatment. She is much happier, a nice flat top line, a strong stance in front and standing squarer with her hind joints stacked nicely on top of each other with a relaxed tail.

From today (1st March) I will have a Treatment Room at Debbie's Dog Training Centre. I will be slowly changing over from Mobile to being based here for Canine/Small Animal treatments. There will be an introductory price of £35 for canine treatments here for March with the price going up to £40 as of the 1st April. For those of you with dogs that don’t travel or if you can’t get here I will have limited mobile appointments so you won’t be left struggling, the price of these will remain the same for March with a price increase from 1st April. I will still be on the road for Equine appointments. If you have any questions or queries regarding this or anything else please dont hesitate to contact me.

Someone needed the folder to hold her head whilst she processed the treatment and I wrote her notes. I just love to see them process, after this photo she moved to the middle of the stable and yawned several times.

You have a cuddle after treatment, and you are just so relaxed you can’t stay awake….surely can’t be comfortable….his mum wasn’t! Things we will do for our animals 😊

It’s always really nice to watch horses process and release while they are being treated especially ones like this lad who don’t normally give much away and hold it in, you can see at the start of the video his lips are tight and he is trying to not blink, with there being a longer gap between blinks to the point where he relaxes into it and the blinks are softer, his eyes closed more until the point where he does a lovely lick and chew release 😊.
