Out and about again at the weekend with some of my fabulous teamies at the Food Warehouse on Hall Road. Even ran into one of my lovely members!

At the moment, not only are there some fabulous new Slimming World products out there like the new pancakes which are full of fibre, you can also get free membership to join one of our real life groups - FOR FREE - by just bringing along your till receipt!! So last night we had roast pork and my favourite vegetable of ALL time!! 😍

This is a spaghetti squash. They’re seasonal and for some reason I can only ever buy them from Sainsbury. I’m not a fan of squash as a rule (other than blended as an ingredient into a soup which I can tolerate!) - but a few years ago a friend of ours grew some and made me try it. IT IS DIVINE!!! 😍

It gets its name from the fact that when cooked it pulls apart like strands of spaghetti. It’s really sweet and it’s lush with a roast and gravy!! 😍😋😋

My second favourite vegetable
Of would have to be courgettes which I only like thinly sliced and roasted with salt and pepper on top! Those you can buy all year round whereas I find I can only get spaghetti squash for about 6 weeks a year!!

One of our incredible Sprowston members - Zoe!

This lady’s story is not one of speed; she’s a lady who had her ups and downs and her moments when she didn’t think she would ever get there… and yet just before Christmas she picked up her 9.5 stone award and is well on the way to achieving her 10!! Hers is a story of guts and perseverance and I’m so so proud of her! ❤️❤️

If ever you feel your dream weight is beyond you, THIS is the lady to talk to! She’s an utter inspiration!

What an amazing transformation! 👏🏻

So so proud of their amazing achievements - especially as Bethan only really joined to prove to her mum that it didn’t work! 😉

I’ve got a new favourite breakfast! 😍😍😍

I must be honest, I’m absolutely shocking at eating during the day. I get busy and eating tends to be the very first thing that goes straight out of the window! It’s highly unusual for me to eat anything before about 4pm and it’s one of the things I decided I MUST change in 2026 if I want to be healthier and have the energy I need have, to do the things I want to do.

Slimming World only launched these new pancakes on Saturday and, if I’m truthful, I wasn’t that expectant. BUT… they are banging!!! Especially with a tablespoon of maple syrup and a good quality fat free Greek yoghurt on top! I loved it SOOO much, I’ve actually had an entire second breakfast today! 😍

I literally can’t wait to try the rest of the new products now! I shall keep you posted on my reviews!! 😉👍

Anyone else tried any of the new stuff yet? What do you all think? 🤔

Charlie and I came away for the night last night - part of her Christmas present - and we got a lovely free upgrade to a room with a sea view and a balcony! As a menopausal woman, despite the sub-zero temperatures, I was thrilled to have that door open ALL NIGHT!!! 🤣🤣 🥶🥶

Today I’m going to be contacting some of my lovely members who have missed group over December. PLUS… if you’ve been missing prior to that, I’ll be in touch with you too! ❤️❤️

So today marked the launch of the new Slimming World pancakes (and a ton of other stuff!!) at Iceland! 😍😍😍

As one of our team, Trudi Smith, had organised a team event at the St Stephen’s store, I popped along…… £50 later I popped out!!! And I hadn’t even managed to secure the new cauliflower cheese I’d actually wanted!! 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️
