Happy Monday Folks!!

Yet another Sauna session to start the week, this time at the wonderful Wild Scottish Sauna at West Sands Beach in St Andrews and I was joined by Jayne (one of its owners) and a group of people from the local community.....

This session and our chat about how facilities and businesses like these are having a positive impact on people's health, in the local communities they serve, will be part of this coming Sunday's episode.

While nudity may be part of sauna culture in some countries, at Wild Scottish Sauna we have a strict swimwear policy.

Our sessions are shared and family friendly. We prioritise the comfort and safety of our staff and guests at all times.

No swimwear = no entry.
