This event is always a highlight in the St Andrews calendar. Well done to all the volunteers & West Sands Ranger Service for all their hard work. Huge community spirit while helping raise money for local charities.

Today, on International Men’s Day, we at Wild Scottish Sauna are taking a moment to shine a light on the importance of men’s health, physical, mental, and emotional. 💙

Through our work, we’re proud to provide a space where men (and everyone) can take a moment for themselves. Sauna therapy is about more than heat—it’s about connection, reflection, and restoration.

We also believe in giving back. That’s why we donate where we can to support those struggling with their health and the families who stand by them.

Because here’s the truth: we never really know what someone is going through. So let’s choose compassion. Let’s never judge, never assume.
