Mid-winter invites us into stillness, reflection, and deep listening. At this turning point of the season, we gather to honour what has been quietly forming beneath the surface.

The focus of Sundays retreat will be around what is stiring within and wanting to awaken, what was learnt over winter and how you’ve changed and what seeds you want to plant for spring.

Tickets will be ÂŁ25 and will include a 55 minute sauna session hosted by Jamie & Jayne, plus a hot drink of your choice from .

We hope you will enjoy this time with likeminded women who you can learn from, be inspired by and also pass on your own insights and wisdom too.

The sauna is such a safe, relaxing space to be in, all your overthinking and anxiety melts away and leaves room for real conversations and creativity to flow.

After your sauna session we encourage you to linger, sit and chat, enjoy your hot drink and potentially swap details with other women who you may be able to help, and who may be able to help you.

Jamie and Jayne will be on hand all day to answer any questions you may have for them, and will help prompt you in opening up about your own challenges and achievements.

This is something that we feel very passionate about and something that we have been talking about for a long time.

Through our own success we would love to encourage other women to go after their dreams and make them happen.
