Well, the honeymoon phase has officially worn off. I miss work. Probably more the interaction and satisfaction of helping other people. Now I celebrate bringing home toilet paper or getting supplies that were in low/no supply in the Li home. That doesn't pay my Bill's unfortunately.
If any of my Facebook friends or your family need some advice on maintaining decent health and posture at your new workstations, please send me an email and we can try to do a video conference to look at setup and modifications to help prevent headaches, neck and back pain.
If I catch up and can work out how Zoom works, I might even go through some exercises with you.
Stay safe out there.
PS: Disney Plus is actually better than I thought it would be.

ATTENTION all RUNNERS!!!

Running is probably the most popular activity people think they get better at without getting some form of coaching. Everyone has their own way of running, but some are efficient and some cause injuries.

With only 6 weeks to go before the London Marathon and 11 weeks until the Edinburgh Marathon, it really is worth getting seen by a professional as you increase the miles in training. Knee pain, shin splints, achilles tendon and lower back pain are the most common injuries I see for runners who do over 25 miles in a week.

The most common cause is weak gluteals and tight hip flexors. Simple factors that not many people consider are footwear that doesn't provide enough support in the arch. If you are getting blisters on the inside of the foot or a big callus on the inside of the big toe/ball of foot you are at high risk of injury.

If you have any of these issues, give us a call on 07900 555 005 to arrange a treatment session. Cost is £45 for a 1 hour session.
That gives plenty of time to go through a full examination and time for soft tissue work and prehab exercises.
