🎄 Secret Solstice Santa is officially accepting gifts! 🎁

Look! The first toy has already landed in our hamper, kicking off our Secret Solstice Santa campaign for Diamond Hampers!

This is our invitation to the whole CAMYOGA community to practice Dāna (selfless giving). Your generosity helps this incredible charity bridge the dignity gap for local families by delivering toys and essentials this Christmas.

🎁How to spread the joy:

🧸Buy a NEW toy (suggested spend £5-£10, but any new toy is welcome!).

🧺Drop it in our collection hamper at the studio on or before Friday, December 19th.

🎊Join the celebration: Book our special Hot Yoga Special on December 19th - a silent, candlelit class and festive fundraiser with Polly Griffiths Yoga !

Diamond Hampers volunteers collect the toys on the 20th to wrap and deliver them just in time for Christmas morning. Let's fill this box! ❤️

This progressive class offers a pathway to increased challenge, discipline and complexity — with emphasis on your individual yoga journey.

We explore the wider Ghosh lineage, workshopping postures and techniques — while working on mastering the core practices. This monthly class - unique to CAMYOGA - aims to deepen understanding, expand knowledge, while having fun trying new things and sharing practice 🥰

90 minutes, heated (not as hot as regular class), bookable with memberships and class pass.

💫 Fri 6:30pm Hot Yoga 90 minutes

Hot Yoga makes us happy! Practicing in the heat boosts dopamine and serotonin activity, creating feelings of pleasure and alertness. It increases the circulation of beta-endorphins, contributing to relaxation and even pain relief.

This is hot yoga for all: a functional, therapeutic approach to the classic 26 & 2. The system of yoga emphasises strength, health and wisdom, founded on the teachings of Bishnu Charan Ghosh.

Welcome to an empowering class for regular students who would like to take their practice further.

This month we’ll focus on the spine 🐍 with a functional approach to building confidence and strength in backward bending.

This 90 minute heated class is fun and informal, while offering a pathway to increased challenge, discipline and complexity in practice, with emphasis on individual yoga journey.

Founded on the traditions and values of the Ghosh yoga lineage (Kolkata Yoga) in the context of modern understandings.
