Welcome to an empowering class for regular students who would like to take their practice further.

This month we’ll focus on the spine 🐍 with a functional approach to building confidence and strength in backward bending.

This 90 minute heated class is fun and informal, while offering a pathway to increased challenge, discipline and complexity in practice, with emphasis on individual yoga journey.

Founded on the traditions and values of the Ghosh yoga lineage (Kolkata Yoga) in the context of modern understandings.
