Possibly one of the most common goals we have here at the SHED from our members is training for Fat loss.

So looking to drop some Bodyfat, be healthier or look like a model on the beach then here’s some of the staples to add to your training and diet for Fat loss..

1, Calorie Deficit, whatever you do you must be in a calorie deficit for the day/week. How you achieve this is personal preference whether is Keto, Fasting or Carb free, a calorie deficit must be your number 1 priority. ⚖️

2, Keep up your Lifting, Keep the lifting going, this will help perverse the muscle you have, and burn a tone of calories. Both incredibly handy when trying to loose Body fat. 💪

3, Don’t get lazy, Its inevitable they’ll be days where you just CBA! But try not to get lazy, around 20% of our daily calories expenditure comes from just moving around, walking, going up stairs, doing housework. Keep up those general activities as im sure no one wants to eat even less because they don’t do the housework anymore, Unsure if your other half would appreciate it either 😂
