This weekend has been particularly powerful with the lions gate portal peaking on Friday and full sturgeon moon last night 💛
This is a reminder for those who haven't been able to take part in those practices due to whatever reason, that you can manifest, heal and transform energies at any time 🧡

I decided to come off my antidepressants. Still undecided if this was a good idea. For 12 years they have been psychologically propping me up and helping me to cope. Now, I'm in a really good place and finally felt it was the right time. To anyone else who has been on mental health medication for a long time, you'll know how terrifying this decision was. I'm 2 weeks in and the withdrawal symptoms have been pretty s**t. Yesterday I spent the whole day in bed. Today, I feel a lot brighter. Fingers crossed it all turns out for the best. I'll ride it out whatever happens.
Reminder to all look after yourselves and do what is right for you. And for anyone else who is going through this, well done and hang on in there.

Something I'm trying to do right now is to let go and move forward from all the things and people who make me sad and feel unworthy or low. The thing about this is.... It's most people! Are my expectations to high or do I want too much? Maybe?
I'm afraid that if I give up all the things that make me sad or feel low or unworthy or angry that I'll have nothing left. And then there will just be a big void. And also sometimes we can't let those things go because of work or family or other responsibilities, these things have to remain in our lives.
Maybe letting go of what no longer serves you is more about understanding why it feels uncomfortable and whether you want to put the energy in to make it right. Maybe it's about boundaries and energy protection and learning how to care for yourself. Maybe it's not letting it all go, maybe it's re-evaluating?
It's scary trusting in the process!

A lovely goddess centred circle tonight.
A mediation to call in the goddess and then making our own goddess forms with chats and laughs.
I love running crafty circles, making things and expressing yourself through art and creation is so powerful.

If you haven't been to Mind, Body Spirit festival I highly recommend it. It's a fabulous weekend of learning, trying new things and rocking the spiritual vibes to all it's far corners.
Tarot readings, mediums, aura readers, crystals, meditations, sound baths, chanting and mantra, dance, healing, witches, pagans, magic, dragons, self care, joy, laughter and so much more. I had an absolute blast. Thanks to all involved ✨💖🪽🧙🔮🌙✡️💫

Who doesn't love a knarley moss covered forest with old ruins and trickling streams.
Forests are so cleansing and grounding. Being in nature on this scale always makes me feel connected to the earth and provokes a real sense of wonder 💚🪻🌳🪾🌻

Blessed Beltane to all.
We had a lovely Beltane Circle last night where we learned some of the history of Beltane and about the union of the horned god and the maiden.
We journeyed to the stone circle and fires of Beltane and honoured our own growth in a fire ceremony at the end. A beautiful night night.
As always thanks to the wonderful sisters who joined me 💕
