Our new website has been rebuilt using NHS guidelines to make it:

REMINDER: Our new patient request system launches on Monday 1st September 2025! It will allow you to submit admin and medical requests online.

It will improve how the surgery manages and allocates appointments. If you do not have access to the internet, you will still be able to make requests in person or over the phone.

You can submit a request on our webpage from 8am on Monday 1st September, just click submit a request. Link to our webpage here: https://onemedicalgroup.co.uk/surgeries/st-neots-health-centre/

📢From the week beginning 1st September 2025, we are introducing AccuRx Total Triage, which will improve how the surgery manages and allocates appointments.

🩺You will be able to submit medical and admin requests online via our website, via the NHS App, or through our reception team by phone or in person in the normal way.

🔎All of the requests are then reviewed by a clinician which will ensure that patients are seen at the right time, in the right place and by the right person.

🗒️Please note: We are currently unable to book routine appointments with GPs until the launch date.

We appreciate your patience as we implement this new system.
