**Extended hours now available and a new online booking system**

A quick one this morning to share just a few things that can help balance your nervous system and (apart from not living by the sea - so less accessible but a river will do) all these things are free, easy to access. Not everything will be accessible to all but there should be something here.

The more consistently you do them the more benefit you feel, but to begin with it doesn't have to be long periods of time. Slow and steady is fine.
