Mother’s Day can be a beautiful day filled with love, gratitude, and celebration. But for many people, it can feel heavy, complicated and emotional.

Mother’s Day can bring up so many different emotions .. love, grief, longing, gratitude, sadness, nostalgia, and hope.

I see those of you who:
• Have lost their mum and wish they could hear her voice just one more time.
• Have lost a child and carry that love and grief with them every day.
• Long to become a mother and are still waiting, hoping, and hurting.
• Are navigating infertility or pregnancy loss.
• Are parenting alone and doing the work of two people with endless strength.
• Whose relationships with their mothers are strained, complicated, or painful.
I see you 💚

It's World Mental Health Day - a day to talk about mental health and show everyone that mental health matters.🌍💚

This year the theme is ‘overwhelm’. Many of us are feeling overwhelmed by global events and what can feel like non-stop negative news.

It’s okay to feel this way and it’s okay to ask for help, no matter what you are going through.
