The Mythic Thread: Aletheia & Prometheus

- Prometheus, the Titan of forethought, sculpted humanity from clay and stole fire from the gods to ignite our evolution. 
- In one version of the myth, he shaped Aletheia—Truth herself—as a living statue, intending her to guide human behavior. 
- But while Prometheus was summoned by Zeus, his apprentice Dolos tried to forge a copy—Mendacium, the lie. 
- Dolos ran out of clay for the feet, so only Aletheia could walk. The lie remained stuck. 
- Thus, Truth walks slowly but steadily, while lies may look identical but cannot move forward.

Φεγγάρι μου τις νύχτες μόνο λάμπεις, Μες στα βαθιά σκοτάδια της ψυχής. Κι απόψε ολογιομο να μας θυμηθείς,
πως πέφτεις μα μπορείς να σηκωθείς.

Φεγγάρι του Οκτώβρη απόψε βγήκες, τον θερισμού να κάνεις, εποχής.
Το έρεβος για λίγο να φωτίσεις,
στον απολογισμό μιας ζωής. -

Κι έμεινα εδώ κάτω απ το Φως σου,
Κι έμεινα εδώ πιστός οδηγός σου,
να μεταδίδω τη λάμψη απ το Φως,
Να μην ξεχνάω ποιος με έφτιαξε, πως.
Να προχωράω μονάχα εμπρός.
Να μη φοβάμαι.

Κι έμεινα εδώ μέσα στη νύχτα,
Κι έμεινα εδώ, πάντα υπηρχα.
Να θεραπεύσω τους εριστικους,
να γαληνεψω τους περαστικούς,
να δίνω πάντα από την καρδιά....
και να Θυμάμαι

August moon, I call on you— 
Please shine your light, so strong, so true. 
Let all that’s good now rise and show, 
And lead the way where I must go. 

August moon, I claim my right, 
For I’ve endured and earned this fight. 
I’m one who learned to shape his fate, 
No longer bound by fear or weight. 

So moon of mine, come forth, arise— 
Do this for me, light up the skies. 
Tonight I take my life anew, 
No moment lost, no time to rue.

σε παρακαλώ πολύ να λάμψεις τώρα
και ότι ειναι καλό να ρθει και να φανερωθει εσύ προχώρα
Φεγγάρι του Αυγούστου
Διεκδικώ κι εγώ αυτό που αξιζει
Γιατί είμαι ενας άνθρωπος που έμαθε τη μοίρα του να ορίζει.
Για αυτό κι εσύ Φεγγάρι μου
Να βγεις καντο για χάρη μου
Απόψε τη ζωή μου παίρνω πίσω

I Am Here

I am here, 
in every trembling step. 
I am here, 
in every sign of sorrow. 
I am here, 
when breath is not enough, 
and when I cleanse myself in tears. 

I am here— 
the only one I have. 

It’s me. 
I’ve got me. 
It’s me who loves me 
and supports me. 

And I will always be there for me, 
no matter the struggle, 
no matter the weight. 

I will continue to smile 
at the Bright face in the mirror— 
because together,
