After a few weeks taking a step from socials…a whole lot of inner work and letting go - I’m back!

Feeling fresh, feeling inspired and feeling like I’m on the right path - a path of giving back to my community and providing a safe haven for groups to gather and explore.

I bloody love St Neots and I’m super super proud to be a business owner in the beautiful Cross Keys! Did you know that when I was a kid I used to get my stationary from this very space…so cool.

I look forward to connecting with you in a class, or in a 1:1 or maybe I will see you for an angelic reiki session…

What a week it’s been…I’ve enjoyed the highs and been utterly shattered by the lows…

I have had the pleasure of meeting 3 beautiful souls this week (drinking Chaii in my favourite place). All completely individual and all equally and actively making a difference in our community right here is St Neots and beyond 🤍
Meeting these people this week gives me hope that our next generation can get through this - we’ve just gotta hold on a little longer.

Thank you to everyone who has been supporting me without even knowing it this week ✨

I will be back creating - just taking my time and looking forward to the full moon Sunday 😂

What’s on in February at Lianne Marie Yoga…

We are immersed in the essence of Aquarius - in our classes we are changing our perspective, exploring awareness in our ankles as they’re are they point of our body that allows for us to change direction in our physical body, we’ve called in the spirit dragon as the dragons fly they can see the bigger picture much like Aquarius.

It’s been an incredibly innovative month to plan for - it’s a sign I didn’t know to much about but have loved learning and embodying the energy of this season.

Who else has been feeling heavy?

My word, it’s been a lot hasn’t it!

I am really looking forward to the Full Moon releasing practice on Sunday, shift some of this…

The New Moon this month marks the beginning of the year of the horse - Giddy up baby.

We have a Self-Love workshop coming up 21st Feb and it’s all about YOU ❤️
Your safety, your creativity, your action, your heart, your voice, your vision and your connection.

Our Pop-Up Angelic Reiki day this month is Sunday 22nd February. 45 minutes of peace, of restoration and time for yourself (as I write this it seems I need to get myself booked in)…

In the depths of of winter let’s come together and share some warmth and light.
