Many of us will want to start the year with a new resolution, or intention, to improve our wellbeing, finances, mindset or even life choices!
Whatever it is that you want to improve on, have you considered starting the year with being kind to yourself?
Giving yourself an hour to allow your body and mind to completely relax and switch off from the constant commentary that runs through your mind, or allow your mind and body to catch up from the past couple of weeks before and after the festivities?
