These are our staff care devices 👇

All of our care staff use dedicated care devices, giving them real-time access to daily care notes through Nourish.

Our Activity Coordinators also use these devices to capture special moments and share them with families, keeping loved ones connected wherever they are.

To protect privacy and maintain professionalism, personal phones aren’t used within our care floors 💜

Something new is on the menu… and we’re so excited to share it!

Today we’re launching our brand NEW visual menu 🍽️

Designed for all residents and offered alongside the traditional menu, it is especially helpful for those living with communication impairments, ensuring everyone can engage fully and independently with meal choices 💬

And the best part? It changes daily, so there’s always something new to look forward to 🙂

Today we strapped a member of our senior management team into a strait jacket… 😱

Part of a hands-on communication training with , our staff experienced speech, sight, and hearing challenges with the help of specialised equipment. Our trainer guided us through with advice around best practise ways to communicate with our residents.

We are proud to invest in our staff through training sessions like this, that help our team provide the best care and support every day.💜
