Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a complete novice, Sam provides the support you need to feel confident on the mat. After using Pilates to recover from an injury herself, she now holds a Level 3 qualification and is currently expanding her expertise into Reformer and Level 4 Mat Pilates.

👋 Say Hello to Elisa, our new Sports Therapist!

We are thrilled to welcome the highly qualified Elisa, a Sports Therapist with a BSc in Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation and over 5 years of diverse experience!

Elisa has worked with a phenomenal range of clients, including Europe's Strongest Men, Hyrox Athletes, Ex-Professional Rugby players, and academy footballers. Her approach is perfectly balanced, combining expert hands-on treatment with tailored rehabilitation to support recovery, improve mobility, and prevent injury.
