With the wintery conditions behind us I’m happy to say yoga is back on track with a normal scheduled week ahead:
Also just wanted to say those of you who paid for a block can either carry a class over, get a refund, come to another class ( meditation on this evening 17.00 - 18.00 upstairs in Las - all very welcome) or let me know and I can donate the class fee to the Yoga Stands For Peace fundraiser.

Morning Monday - Glenview yoga studio - 10.00 - 11.30 (full)
Morning Tuesday - Glenview yoga studio - 10.00 - 11.30 (spaces available)
Evening Tuesday - Staffin hall - 18.30 - 20.00
Evening Thursday - Portree -York Drive Church hall - 18.30 - 20.00
Afternoon - CHAIR YOGA - Staffin - Columba 13.00 - 14.00
Evening Sunday - Portree, Las studio - 17.00 - 18.00 & Instagram live

Payment
£10 per class drop in
£48 per block of 6
£6 per class for Concessions
Prices are suggestions, please only pay what you can afford.

Hello and love from this cold winter day on Skye.

I am so happy to announce that I am starting up the gentle yoga class again, from this Friday. These classes are at Colomba 1400 in Staffin on a Friday afternoon, 1 pm till 2 pm. The classes are chair based , they are open to all, regardless of age, mobility or ability. There is lift access to the warm cosy practice space, and often a cup of tea, chat and scone in the café afterwards. Please come along or share with someone that you think may benefit from these classes , perhaps a relative or a neighbour.

Also, really excited about the charity meditation block, with all proceeds, going to those affected by the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
These classes will also be live on Instagram so clear some space in your living room, gather whatever you need to be comfortable, donate what you can (link in bio) and join the practice.

There is plenty of yoga for everyone in this packed Winter program. So get in touch or just come along ( booking is essential for classes at Glenview as space is limited).

I am so pleased to be starting a new yoga block next week. I look forward to welcoming many of you back to class.

I am also very excited to announce a new class with all proceeds going to UNICEF, Drs without Borders and Red Cross. Again, in association with . These charities reach deeply into the communities that need our support. Many, many people have been displaced, are starving and traumatised, they are living with threat and fear. We will not turn away from them. Join me on the last three Sunday evenings of January to learn or deepen your meditation practice, to come together in solidarity and in love. These sessions will be in person and on Instagram live.

I look forward to sharing the practice of yoga with you soon. This ancient practice offers us the tools to find peace in this life, exactly as we are.
