Meet Windsor
Windsor is an experienced specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist who takes an honest, hands-on approach, combining tailored exercise programmes with clear education to help patients feel confident, supported, and in control of their recovery.
He completed his Master’s degree in Physiotherapy at Keele University in 2022 and has since worked within NHS adult MSK outpatient services. As a Senior MSK Physiotherapist, Windsor treats a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, supporting patients to reduce pain, restore movement, and return safely to work, daily activities, and sport.
Alongside his NHS role, Windsor has worked within private orthopaedic hospitals, delivering gait analysis, mobility and aids assessments, and pre- and post-operative rehabilitation. He also holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports & Exercise Sciences (2018) and a Diploma in Remedial Massage (2016), with experience working with professional sports clubs and active individuals across multiple sports, giving him a strong understanding of performance demands and return-to-play principles.
Outside of work, Windsor enjoys spending time with his family and children, playing basketball, and occasionally skateboarding to the clinic.
