Here's a few tips on how to maintain 2026 New Year's resolutions...
1. Plan for disruptions. 🚂
Anticipate challenges like holidays, sick days and long work days and prepare for how you will get around these. This could look like allowing yourself X amount of days of a month if you need them or designing ways to make achievig your resolutions a bit easier on these days, e.g a low-intensity workout.
2. Set up your environment for success. 🌲
You could put your journal open on your desk to encourage you to write, you could add delicious healthy snacks to your weekly shop, or put your vitamins on you bed side table to make them easier to remember. It's all about making it as easy as possible to build the good habits.
3. Use fun systems to track your progress. ⭐
This could be by using an app or even an adult sticker chart, whatever motivates you to keep going!
4. Be kind to yourself. ❤️
Don't let one slip up derail you. We all have 'off' days and we need to remember that growth is not a linear journey. What counts is whether you get yourself back on track.
