✨ Let’s talk skincare ✨

Something I get asked by some of my patients, especially those who’ve known me for years, is “How is your skin so clear?”

If you’ve been with me for a while, you’ll know my skin hasn’t always looked like this. I used to struggle with acne, scarring, blemishes and redness. It’s taken time, consistency and the right treatments to get my skin to where it is today and I promise, it doesn’t need a 10-step routine!

For me, the key has been:
A simple, consistent routine using medical-grade skincare
Regular microneedling, dermaplaning and chemical peels
For me PERSONALLY, eliminating meat and severely reducing my dairy intake was a game-changer!
And of course drinking as much water as possible.

Skincare doesn’t need to be complicated — it just needs to be consistent.
