This weekend we attended the RAF Pentland Annual Dinner, being represented by current serving personnel and ex-Forces veterans.

BJW Health and Safety Services proudly sponsored a table this year to support the Survival Equipment Association. So proud to have served in the Armed Forces, this occasion allows me to reflect on what I have achieved and be thankful to everyone who have served in the Armed Forces.

What a beautiful week for mental health awareness week and perfect weather to get out there and get some steps in with the sun shining and sunglasses on 🌞😎

Mental Health Awareness Week is a reminder that looking after our minds is just as important as looking after our bodies. For me, fitness is my reset button, it clears my head, boosts my mood, and keeps me grounded. Whether it’s a run, a gym session, or just moving your body, exercise can be a powerful tool for mental well-being. 💙
