🎶💃 Live Music & Dancing at Manor House 🕺🎶

Manor House was full of music, movement and smiles recently as we welcomed the wonderful Wendy Burns-Mace to perform for everyone.

Residents thoroughly enjoyed listening to the live music, with many getting up to dance, clap along and sing to familiar favourites. The atmosphere was full of energy and joy and it was lovely to see so many people joining in and having fun together.

Moments like these bring such happiness and lift spirits across the home, a truly feel-good afternoon enjoyed by all 💖🎤

Recently at Manor House, we were delighted to welcome some very special visitors - Opal and Dolly the dogs 🐶💛

Their visit brought smiles, laughter and plenty of cuddles, creating a wonderfully calm and uplifting atmosphere throughout the home. Animal visits like these can be incredibly beneficial, helping to reduce anxiety, encourage interaction and lift mood through gentle companionship.

It was heart-warming to see the residents enjoying time with Opal and Dolly, sharing stories, stroking them and simply soaking up the joy they bring. We’re already looking forward to their next visit!

Recently at Manor House, residents have been getting involved in Veganuary by trying a range of delicious vegan foods 🌱

From tasty plant-based dishes to new flavours and textures, it was a great opportunity for everyone to explore something a little different. Activities like this encourage curiosity, spark conversation and offer a fun way to learn about food choices and healthy eating.
