Award Worthy Creations…

A new batch of our “Award Worthy” medals started today, and the ideas coming through are brilliant already. From funny themes to heartfelt gifts, every medal is becoming something really personal and special.

It’s lovely seeing so much creativity going into gifts made for friends, family and fellow workshop legends. We can’t wait to see the finished collection.

Today’s build brings a mix of skill, speed, and just a little bit of chaos… 😄

It’s all about control, timing, and a bit of trial and error, every shot feels different, and that’s what makes it so fun. Simple idea, loads of excitement, and plenty of laughs along the way.

A brilliant mix of design, mechanics, and gameplay… and even better when you’re trying to beat your friends’ high scores 👀

From Tracker Wins to Medal Moments…

More finished tracker boards rolling in… and they are all looking fab.

Our very own glitter tracker has had a dramatic reset by Jaymie… from 32 days glitter-free back to 00 😅 (… the glitter does look amazing on her Christmas countdown )

We’ve also kicked off a brand new ‘award-worthy ‘ project… custom cast medals! 🏅
And the very first one could only go to Ant for his continued efforts around the workshop…

Filament Fail… or Fix?

When printer filament escapes from the spool, it’s usually bad news… and sometimes impossible to recover. We had a brand new spool fail, but instead of giving up, after many hours of patience and persistence, most of it has been saved 🙌

Busy Workshop Day…

Tracker boards, beanbags, and a fresh new look for our original soldier, it’s been a busy one today.

Most of the tracker boards are now finished, loads of beanbag designs have been sewn and filled, and we’ve started painting our original soldier.
He’s been outside watching over our workshop for over three years, so it’s great to give him a bit of care and attention again.

A big thank you to Trevor and Karen for helping restore him 🙌

And not forgetting… Happy Birthday to Emma 🎂

Creative Wins & Busy Builds…

Ben has officially finished his Harley Quinn figure. (Just to put it into perspective, this started as a basic 3D printed figure, and every bit of clothing and detail was carefully added using tissue and glue. The final result represents a huge amount of patience and effort.) Amazing work, Ben 👏

Dave has been busy on the tech side, cracking the code for his money box. He’s using an infrared beam to detect when money drops in and sets off a pattern of coloured lights.

We also made more progress on the tracker boards and had our first go at screen printing. We kept it simple with a one-colour design for our very own bean bags… (okay, we may have added a bit of extra flair with fabric pens 😄). Multicolour prints are definitely next on the list.

Another fun, creative, and productive day all round 🙌

Today we made character tissue box holders… from monsters to giraffes, they are absolutely brilliant.

Busy, Creative & Just Getting Started…

Another mixed day in the workshop.
We’ve been busy with printed models, resin work, and even wrapped up a ping pong ball launcher.

Still making steady progress on the tracker boards, and we’ve got a brand new screen printing kit!
Can’t wait to see what we create with it 😃
