What an amazing session today 🙌 so many different projects on the go!

Clocks ⏰ slot-mouth money boxes 💰 and a few makers fully embracing the mess with egg-box papier-mâché.

Meanwhile… the RC terrain is looking seriously rugged and ready for action.

Alongside that we had a jumbo snail shell in the making for a school performance and a brilliant geodome den taking shape.

Slot Mouths, Superheroes and Serious Terrain

Today was all about Slot Mouth money boxes and the creativity went in every direction. From dinosaurs and superheroes to sparkle, gems and sequins…

We also kicked off a new terrain build for the RC jeep… it’s already getting BIG, so we’re hoping there is plenty of room for it at home! 😱

New Projects and Plenty of Progress

With some of the agamographs now complete, we kicked off a brand new project today - little desktop character calendars. Small, super cute, and full of personality.

Ben wrapped up his Disney Facts book, a brilliant finish to a big piece of work. Over in the tech corner, Dave and Dan have been bravely repairing one of our 3D printers - a slightly scary task, but they’re doing a great job with it.

Chesney has been busy creating new 3D printed accessories for his Sonic collection.

A really solid day of making with lots moving forward.

Cardboard, Creativity & Community…

We’re so excited to be working on this brilliant new project.

This is an intergenerational project, bringing together a local nursery and local older adult mental health patients to make, explore, chat and create together.

The samples are now finished and the kits are being cut, all ready for the group to get stuck in and start making.

From hands-on building to playful learning, this one is all about sharing skills, sparking curiosity and making meaningful connections across generations. We can’t wait to see it come together as a finished piece - it’s going to be something really special.
