One of my amazing members Denise Dawson
I’m so incredibly proud of her success, I remember when Denise first joins she had said she would like to lose 3 stone but wasn’t sure if she could do that so at over 5 stone loss now and only a few lb away from her target weight I’m over the moon for her.
Well done we all think your awesome 🙌
