We are incredibly proud to share that Ellie has officially received her CQC certificate and is now fully registered as our Registered Manager at Sunshine Care Stafford 🌟

Ellie joined us in March 2020 as a Care Assistant with no previous care experience, yet from day one she showed dedication, compassion and a natural ability for care. She progressed to Senior in 2022, then to Field Care Supervisor in 2023 and has continued to grow from strength to strength throughout her journey with us.

Since stepping into the role of Acting Registered Manager in September this year, Ellie has been nothing short of exceptional. She has led the team with confidence, professionalism and heart, taking on every challenge with determination and positivity. Her leadership, hard work and commitment to both our staff and the people we support truly shine through in everything she does.

Ellie works tirelessly, does her job brilliantly and is a huge credit to Sunshine Care. We are so incredibly proud of her and couldn’t think of anyone more deserving of this achievement ☀️💛
