Now the pressure of the new year is easing, is anyone else feeling more in flow, creative and focused on making their dreams a reality this year?

I thought it was just me that had struggled with the first few weeks of 2023 but I saw a post over the weekend about how common it is!

I feel so much more relaxed now, and when we're relaxed, it allows us to be able to think more clearly about how we're going to reach those goals we set ourselves.
