l've been part of Eudaimonia since the end of March and this video sums up what this community is about! 🤍✨

I teach meditation at Eudaimonia every Tuesday at 18:30 and what I love most about it isn't just the class itself, it's what happens to people during it. The conversations and connections are amazing! 🌿

If you've been thinking about trying meditation but haven't quite got there yet, take this as your sign. You don't need any experience. You don't need to be fit, flexible or have it all together. You just need to show up. You can turn up as you are, in your pyjamas whether you’ve had a good or bad day! There’s no judgement in this studio. 🪽
