Your love, wisdom and kindness have shaped families, communities and generations. The stories you share, the care you have given, and the memories you hold are treasures that continue to inspire us every day.

To all the amazing ladies in our home, and to the families who are celebrating with them today, we wish you a truly lovely Mother’s Day filled with smiles, visits, laughter and special moments together.

Today at Wheaton Aston Court, we are celebrating all the incredible women who make our home such a special place.

From our compassionate nurses, carers, chaps, housekeeping team, admin team, kitchen staff and activities team, to the wonderful women who live here as residents. Each and every one of you brings kindness, strength, humour and wisdom to our community every single day.

We are proud to work alongside such dedicated women who support one another, care deeply for our residents, and help create the warm, family atmosphere that Wheaton Aston Court is known for.

Today we celebrate your achievements and the difference you make in people’s lives.

⚽🐺 We’re Thrilled to Welcome Wolverhampton Wanderers to Wheaton Aston Court! 🐺⚽

We are delighted to welcome Steve and Tyler from Wolverhampton Wanderers who will be joining us every Monday morning for the next 6 weeks!

Their visits form part of the Wolves Foundation’s ‘Molineux Memories’ programme; a fantastic initiative designed to support older people through reminiscence, conversation, gentle activity and shared memories of football and the good old days.

Our residents have already loved getting involved; from movement to music, plenty of laughter, and of course chatting all things Wolves! 🧡🖤

A huge thank you to the Wolves Foundation for bringing this brilliant programme into our home. We’re really looking forward to the next few weeks!

Today we say a fond farewell to our Lead Activities Coordinator, Chris.

Chris has brought so much creativity and entertainment to Wheaton Aston Court. From organising brilliant activities and themed days, to baking, bingo, enjoyable trips out and making sure every resident felt included and valued.

Chris, thank you for all your hard work, we wish you the very best with your new career pathway.

✨ Blowing Away the February Blues at Wheaton Aston Court! ✨

We’ve been keeping busy and bright this month and last, with lots of lovely activities to lift everyone’s spirits:

🌸 Beautiful flower arranging
🍎 Homemade apple pie baking (smelt amazing!)
🎻 A wonderful performance from a talented violinist
🎨 Creative rock painting sessions

Plenty of smiles, creativity, music and delicious treats, the perfect way to start the year! 💛

🌿 Our First Visit to Kingswood Trust of 2026! 🌿

What a lovely way to start the year! Our residents enjoyed their first trip of 2026 to Kingswood Trust, and it certainly didn’t disappoint.

We spent peaceful time walking around the beautiful mindfulness garden, taking in the fresh air and surroundings. 🌼

There was also the chance to get creative with arts and crafts 🎨, followed by coffee and cake (which went down very well!) ☕️🎂

To top it all off, we were introduced to some adorable therapy pugs safe to say they stole a few hearts! 🐶💛

A wonderful morning filled with fresh air, creativity, companionship and plenty of smiles. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

W.A.C celebrating world pizza 🍕 😋 day. We decorated the bases with our own individual toppings.

Alan's baking session involved Alan teaching our residents his home made stuffing that he used make during his time in the RAF.
He explained which herbs he used and demonstrated how to mix the ingredients.
