🌟 Starting Again Is Hard 🌟
Starting again—or starting for the first time—isn’t easy.
And honestly… why should it be?
I’ve been out of focus for a while. 8 months, maybe more.
Sickness swept through our home, and suddenly our priorities shifted.
I mentally checked out—just functioning on autopilot.
Showing up, but not really present.
Physically, I checked out too.
A few scattered workouts here and there, but nothing with purpose.
I didn’t have the energy for me.
And when that happens… bad habits slip in.
🍷 Too much wine
🍕 Too much food
🛋️ Not enough movement
But then came a holiday… 🌅
And with it, peace.
A quiet kind of renewal.
Coming home, I felt restless — tired but eager.
Achy but ready to move.
Yesterday, I laced up my trainers. 👟
But my body only let me walk — anxiety and pain held me back. I did cover 5 miles but I felt let down, as in, I let myself down
Today… I ran. 🏃♀️
Slower than before, but still — I ran.
5 miles of space to breathe, think, and realign.
And now? I feel…..
✨ It’s time to begin again.
✨ Time to move with purpose.
✨ Time to put me back on the list.
Lately I’ve been seeing the signs…

And with them… new opportunities have come that I never expected.
All of it telling me — it’s time NOW
So today, I’m shaking off the “imposter” 🧠
I’m stepping back into my power.
🧘♀️ Working on me
💻 Relaunching my online business
🧠 Learning new skills
🌈 Surrounding myself with positive energy
This is my time.
Let’s do this — one step, one thought, one action at a time 💥 I’m starting my week strong
