My 10 commandments for reducing stress over the Christmas holiday. .1. Smell sweet orange essential oil to give yourself instant joy.😊 2. Go to bed before midnight to allow your body and mind to rest and recuperate. ❤️
3. Let go of expectations. Just enjoy the moment. 🌟 4. Walk /exercise and enjoy those delicious endorphins. 🌟
5. Eat healthy meals your body and mind will thank you ❤️
6. Learn to say No It is an act of self love to put your own oxygen mask on first ✨️
7. Make lists of your priorities it can declutter your mind ❤️ 8.Stretch your body it will greatly benefit your body and mind ✨️ 9. Walk outside in fresh air preferably near trees 🌳 The Japanese call it Forest bathing 10. Drink warm lemon water and aim to drink 1.5 litres of good quality water daily 👌 Your body is made of 80% water 💧 Enjoy 😉

Thou shalt not be thine own worst enemy
