At Dotty Care, we’re looking for a reliable and dedicated individual to join our small, supportive team on a 20-hour permanent contract. We’re proud to offer:

✨ Guaranteed hours – no scrambling for shifts
✨ No long travel gaps – runs are well-planned and close together
✨ Choice of working days – we’re offering Weds, Thurs, Fri + alternate weekends, but can be flexible for the right person
✨ Lovely, local clients – most calls are in Eccleshall and surrounding villages
✨ Light duties – our clients are mainly independent and just need minimal support
✨ Pay you can rely on –
• £15/hour for care work
• £12.50/hour for cleaning
• Enhanced rates for any occasional travel or additional support

What you’ll need:
🚗 Your own car and full UK driving licence
🧾 An up-to-date DBS (or willing to join the Update Service)
💬 Experience in care and a warm, professional attitude

Part-Time Care & Cleaning Worker Required.

Are you an experienced, caring, and reliable individual looking to join a supportive, family-run business that truly values its staff and clients?

We are a small, local company delivering high-quality care and cleaning services across Staffordshire and nearby areas. As our business grows steadily, we’re looking for a new team member to join us on a part-time basis.

About the Role

This is a mixed role combining both care work and domestic cleaning. You’ll be helping clients with personal care, companionship, and keeping their homes clean and comfortable.
• Regular, part-time hours
• Set shift patterns including a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
• Additional hours occasionally available for cover
• £15/hour for care shifts
• £12.50/hour for cleaning shifts
• Work is mostly local to your area, with occasional travel further afield for cover

We’re not a rushed or corporate care agency. We give you proper time with clients and keep things manageable so you can enjoy your work and do it well.

• A driver with access to a car
• Someone with experience in care or cleaning (both is a bonus)

Gardening is the perfect activity for young and old. It provides physical, mental, and social advantages, including improved physical fitness, stress reduction, and cognitive stimulation.

Getting out in the great outdoors can do wonders for your mental and physical health and many of our clients love going with us on a ‘Wellness Walk’ during our visits.

• Legal CQC registration (which is required for providing personal care and medication assistance)
• Proper training, safeguarding, and background checks
• Insurance to protect you if something goes wrong
