Many people reach out for support to achieve results in their weight loss dreams. I know I did. The support element really worked for me, but I had the added fortune of a career in working with people in challenging situations. That helped me to help me. Now I'm not saying that other avenues of support don't offer fabulous results. They do. They really do. However, I truly feel that to aid us in getting to where we want to be, and stay there for life, there needs to be someone who can get to the core of you and unravel! That someone is me.. This is the first time in the area that there will be a 'closed door' policy. So that means, your group, is your group. There won't be changes and new faces to get to know. This is an emotive journey and for that to be comfortable, we want our supporters to remain. There will also be an opportunity to offer one-2-one time with members, for those who feel like being in a group just isn't for them. Or, for that busy person who just wants the constant of the same scales. That's an option too. I'll openly say though, that for this to change your life forever, it needs to be a priority, and with that, comes my promise that you and your weight loss will be my priority too. Looking forward to taking the big leap with you all. Its likely to be one heck of a journey :)
