💜Reiki can be learnt and then kept for self healing and treating friends, family and pets.

💜Recently I have had enquiries from ladies asking about learning Reiki for their Menopause.

💜Reiki is fantastic for helping with anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, aches and pains, relaxation and much,much more.

💜Many of my Reiki Students/practitioners will confirm that without being able to self heal their Menopause would be much harder to deal with.

💜Reiki can be used alongside conventional medicine and treatments.

💜My Reiki classes are always small and I can also teach 1 to 1 if that is what you prefer.💜
