I was once just trying Reiki as an option to help with the depression anxiety and exhaustion I was suffering, now I am a repeat customer with Irene. Ive been for Reiki with Irene around 5 times now and can safely say I will continue with having Reiki therapy throughout my life now.
My first session was to try and relieve mental things such as exhaustion depression and anxiety (which it did help with) it made me feel very relaxed and uplifted.
Upon further sessions I began to realise the positive affects of reiki was much larger and widespread than I first thought.
For example I usually struggle to sleep, waking with a painful back and never feeling well rested. Yesterday i had my reiki treatment and had the best night sleep, not a single pain on my back or joints for the first time in months also woke feeling energised and motivated.
Not only does it do wonders for your energy mentally, but physically too.
Highly recommend thank you irene.
