Just being nosey...

What goals have you got for this year?
Now I'm not necessarily talking fitness related just anything that you've set yourself to achieve.

I know some of you want to make more time for yourselves, read more books 📚 , make a big life change or spend more time doing the things you love.

My goal that I set myself is to be more consistent with my workouts and to not organise as much haha its OK not to be busy 🤣

This is my reason for hitting the weights and making sure my fitness is a priority.
If both of my kids need to be carried, then I'll be fit enough to do that 💜

This month is NHS Raynaud's Awareness Month.
