Something I’ve been reflecting on recently…

how much of life is shaped by what we constantly feed 🧠

Not just physically…
but mentally.

For me, two things stood out — food and lust.

And when I started becoming more aware of both… not perfect, just aware… ✨

something began to change 🌿

More clarity
More calm
More control

I recently did a 36-hour fast, and what surprised me most wasn’t the difficulty…

it was the stillness that came after 🙏

It made me realise that sometimes we don’t need more in life…

we need space.

Space from constant impulses
Space from reacting all the time

And in that space… things become clearer.

Something simple I’ve been doing in the mornings recently…

Before I check my phone 📱
before messages
before anything

I just stay still for a few minutes.

Hand on my chest 🤍
and I take a moment to notice what’s already here. ✨

My body working
My breath
The people in my life

Even the simple things around me.

And it sounds small…

but it changes something 🧠

Because instead of starting the day feeling like I need more…

it feels like I already have a lot 🌿

And that feeling carries into everything else.

Nothing complicated.

Just awareness.

🗣️ That constant voice in your head is just a commentator who describes reality based on what he recorded in the past.

🧠 70,000 thousand thoughts a day and that voice, your roommate, changes his mind very often… sometimes he is friendly and says nice things, but most often he is unpleasant and fearful - and we believe what he says every time.

🤨 This voice is not you, you are consciousness, an observer who can observe thoughts and hear this voice. Thoughts and emotions are the subconscious, a record of what you have experienced, and when these negative emotions trapped in the body come to the surface, triggered by something outside, this voice will always talk stupidly.

😈 This voice actually protects you with this stupid talk, it lets you know about the impending danger - only 99% of the time this danger does not exist, it was in the past that no longer exists - it controls your entire life.

🙏 Step one is become aware of your thoughts, see that you are not them.

🙏 Step two, release your emotions, they are strong energies that control how you think.

🙏 Step three, make decisions to clear your center, leave the past in the past.

👁️ When you do this, a world of infinite possibilities will open up to you and the state you will be in is indescribable, similar to being in love… just think what your life will look like then.

❤️ Have a conscious day ❤️

Something I’ve been noticing more and more lately…

Practising being present feels strange at first.

Even uncomfortable sometimes.

We’re so used to living in our heads — thinking, worrying, replaying the past, imagining the future — that when we slow down, the mind almost doesn’t know what to do.

But the more you practise being present, the more something changes. ✨

You start noticing simple things again. :-)
You start noticing your thoughts.
You realise you don’t have to believe everything your mind says.

And life feels more peaceful.

Not because everything is perfect…

but because you’re not lost in your head all day.

Sometimes all it takes is learning to stay aware 🌿

Something I’ve been noticing more and more lately…

If you’re not present, your mind will run your whole life 🧠

We have thousands of thoughts every day, and most of them are the same worries repeating again and again.

“What if this goes wrong…”
“What if that doesn’t work…”
“Why did that happen…”
“What’s the point…”

For a long time I thought every thought meant something.

Now I realize the mind is an amazing tool — but it can also create a lot of unnecessary suffering.

Learning to step back and observe my thoughts instead of believing them has brought me a lot more peace. ✨

Not because life became perfect…

but because I stopped fighting with my own mind all day.

Sometimes all it takes is a moment of stillness 🌿

Something I’ve been reflecting on recently…

How incredible the human body actually is.

You get a cut 🩹 and your body starts repairing itself.

You get sick 🤧 and your immune system begins fighting the illness.

Your heart ❤️ has been beating every second of your life since before you were born.

And inside you there are trillions of cells working together automatically.

And when you look at nature it’s just as extraordinary.

Seeds grow into food 🌱
The sun rises every day 🌅
Oceans are full of life 🌊

Sometimes we forget how amazing it actually is just to be alive.

But when you pause and remember that… something changes.

You slow down.
You become more grateful.
You start treating yourself differently.

Because being alive is already something extraordinary 🌿

Something that has genuinely changed my life over the last few years is starting the day in silence. ✨

Before checking my phone.
Before messages.
Before emails.
Before the noise of the world begins.

Just sitting quietly for 15–30 minutes.

For me personally this is Vipassana meditation. 🧘‍♂️

But the technique isn’t really the most important part.

It’s the space.

When you connect with yourself first, something shifts.

Your thoughts settle.
You feel more grounded. 🌿
You move through the day with more clarity.

Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply slow down and listen.

Curious to hear from people here… :-)

What’s the first thing you usually do when you wake up?

Something I’ve been reflecting on recently… 💭

A lot of the suffering we experience doesn’t actually come from what’s happening in our lives right now.

It comes from the future we create in our minds.

We imagine conversations.
We replay situations before they’ve even happened.
We worry about outcomes that might never even exist.

And before reality has done anything…
our body is already carrying the tension. 😮‍💨

One shift that’s helped me is letting go of the idea that life needs to be completely sorted before I can relax.

Instead, it becomes:

Handle what’s in front of you…
and still enjoy your life along the way. 🌿

Because when you come back to the present moment, you often realise something simple:

Right now… things are actually okay. ✨

Everything moves. 🌬️

The highs.
The lows.
Even the moments that feel like they’ll last forever.

They don’t.

If life feels good right now, actually pause and take it in.
Don’t rush past it.
Don’t distract yourself from it.

Laugh properly.
Be there properly.

And if things feel heavy at the moment, remember this —

storms pass. 🌧️
They always do.

Nothing stays forever.

That can feel uncomfortable…
but it’s also what makes life beautiful.

And, in a strange way, bearable.

So wherever you are right now —
be in it. 🤍

It won’t always look like this.

For years I thought discipline was the highest form of self-love.

Cold showers.
Early runs.
Saying no.
Pushing harder.
Working longer.

And in many ways, it helped me grow.

But recently I realised something uncomfortable…

At some point, discipline can quietly turn into self-abandonment.

If you’re always pushing but never listening —
that’s not strength. That’s ignoring yourself.

This video is about finding the balance between structure and softness.

Because growth without compassion isn’t sustainable.

Let me know if this resonates with you. 🙏🌿

What changed when I took lust out of the equation was more than I expected.

Less restlessness.
More calm.
More clarity.

This isn’t about perfection or denial — just awareness and learning to come back to yourself.

Sharing in case it resonates. 🌿🤍
