Meridian providing Building Control on the £45m redevelopment of Hume House in the centre of Leeds which will result in 752 bedrooms being created in a 37 storey building, which is also set to become the tallest building in Yorkshire. Meridian have provided Building Control Services from initial design for the developer (Olympian Homes) and now novated to the main contractor (RG Group) for the construction phase of the project, through to completion.
