Since losing 3st with the help of her Slimming World group, Tina has firmly caught the running bug and even ran the London Marathon this year. Want to be more active and have fun too? It might help to rethink the E word 🤭! Exercise doesn’t have to mean Lycra – plenty of regular tasks and daily errands count as workouts, too! Dancing around with your kids, vigorous vacuuming and choosing stairs over the lift are all forms of beneficial physical activity 💪❤️. Pick up lots more fitness tips at group.
