Our pure Aloe Vera drinking gel contains phytoestrogen which can help replace the lost oestrogen during perimenopause and menopause. I’m giving it a go! Aloe vera contains all of your essential amino acids along with a plethora of vitamins. Just 60 mls a day could make all the difference. I want to proceed as naturally as possible during my ‘change’.
