When life feels busy or stressful for long periods of time, it’s completely normal for even simple tasks to start feeling harder than usual.
Things like replying to messages, concentrating, making decisions or staying motivated can suddenly feel overwhelming.
We often put pressure on ourselves to “just get on with it”, but sometimes our mind and body are simply telling us that we need a chance to slow down and recover.
Stress and overwhelm can affect us in more ways than we realise, and taking time to rest is just as important as staying productive.
