I am a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist working online and from my clinic in Stafford. I am also a Hypnotherapy supervisor and lecturer of CPHT Leeds. Additional qualifications include those of NLP practitioner and trainer of NLP. I can offer effective and long lasting solutions for anxiety disorders, depression,weight loss and stop smoking. I also offer hypnobirthing sessions, help with preparing to conceive and peak performance. I am fully insured and supervised and can provide certificates/references to that effect. I have DBS enhanced level clearance to work with children and vulnerable adults. I belong to the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapists and the National Council for Hypnotherapy. Your journey begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your goals and create a personalised plan. Sessions last around 50 minutes and combine talking therapy with hypnosis in a calm, supportive environment.

You remain fully aware and in control throughout. You’ll also receive an MP3 recording to use between sessions, helping reinforce relaxation and progress.
