What a great week we have had here, from celebrating Burns night, to our weekly coffee morning, Anna from musical Moments came to entertain us, Johnny Gray came to sing for us and we had Nathan come and did a fantastic fitness class!

Had a great “cooking Activity” today - making and cooking small Apple pies - they tasted great with toffee sauce and a blob of cream!

Lovely “floristry” activity today - the flowers looked lovely in the vase’s and really brightened up the home

What a great morning we all had today, when the Alpacas came to visit!

1 month today on Saturday 14th February we will be having a Valentines Day Party

There will be a wide range of different fun activities in the morning and a special themed Valentines Lunch Menu.

Steve Flynn will be coming to sing and entertain us from 2:30 and there will be refreshments available.

We really hope that you would like to come and join us for a fun filled Entertaining Day!

• The residents Christmas party with games and amazing food! (Thanks to Becky - Catering Manager & Chef and the team Sharon - Chef & Jack & Judy - Kitchen Assistants)

• Cooking Activities

• Christingle Services

• Wreath Making

• Lots of singers and entertainers coming in (including Ann - a volunteer who has been coming to us for years to sing & play the keyboard)

• The Christmas Raffle - lots of fab prizes were won and lots of money raised for the resident’s amenity fund.

• Staff dressing up getting into the spirit

• Finally Santa coming to visit today - handing out presents to all of our residents.
