To all my awesome teens who come to my 1045 class on Sunday 18th March. I will not be there this weekend as I am away. Class will be back in full swing on 25th March with the amazing Beth!!! Sorry to let you down this weekend xx ❤️❤️

Just a polite reminder that there are no children’s/Aerial yoga classes this Sunday 28th Jan and Wednesday 31st at the Cannock studio.

Natalie Robertson is still running her Sunday classes at Lichfield and her Wednesday aerial at Cannock for my aerial groups who may need a class. X
