If you missed your usual Slimming World group today because of the Bank Holiday and are looking for another group just for this week we have 4 sessions tomorrow at Rising Brook Methodist Church (9.30am, 3.30pm, 5.30pm or 7.30pm) that you would be very welcome to attend so you can draw a line straight under the long weekend if needed and be sure of starting September off with a weight loss! 💕

I can't quite believe that we opened in Eccleshall 2 years ago today. How time flies. 🙂 Happy anniversary to all past and present members who have made our group the wonderful group that it is today. Thank you all. 😊
