I love this channel and this most recent video really pricked my interest as I have had many meetings with managers who have just been asked to manage ADHDers I have been coaching. They always ask - how can I help them? and it isn't always an easy question to answer. These three questions really resonated with me as someone who has had a long and varied work path (as common with most ADHDers) and struggled. I honestly think these would have helped, especially what she says about the first one - take their word for it, believe them! and then have honest intentions about the second two.

Today is World Autism Awareness Day. We have had the joy and pleasure of supporting many people with autism in high positions in many and varied career paths. However, the statistics on how many autistic people are unemployed are shocking. If you are a business or in a position to hire people in your organisation please think about if your recruitment process is autism, and other neurodivergent conditions, friendly. Believe us, you will not regret making your workplace more neurodiverse.
