Are you a frazzled mum?

My little one has had a nasty stomach bug.
Alongside conventional treatments I have also be using Reiki, Aromatherapy and Reflexology.

After 3 days of discomfort and just 1 10 min session of reflexology using essential oils, she has gone from being lifeless to running around wanting to play.
A beautiful reminder of the power of therapeutic touch.
