Hi all. I hope you’re enjoying your Friday. I recently bought these lovely, scented massage oils to use for Indian head massage or for face and scalp segments of a full body massage.
They are organic, vegan and cruelty free.

Choose from:
Ignite – nutmeg, lavender, patchouli, cedarwood, orange.

Rebalance – fennel, frankincense, grapefruit, bergamot, lavender, cedarwood.

Recharge – clove, Lemongrass, thyme, marjoram.

Hi all, I shall be providing massages at The Nest on Mondays from 8:15pm-10pm. With discount for members.

The Nest is a lovely climbing gym in Hayes, with multiple bouldering walls, two gym areas and a room for yoga, bootcamp, strength and core workout classes.
