🎅 December can be tough on your body; from wrapping gifts and shopping to sitting for long meals or long drives.

A few reminders to keep your body happy this month:

✨ Keep moving – even short walks or stretches help
✨ Watch your posture while wrapping or carrying bags
✨ Stay hydrated (yes, even between mince pies!)
✨ Rest when you need to

Osteopathy can help keep you mobile, balanced, and comfortable, so you can enjoy the season without the aches.

🎄 Don’t pull a muscle getting into the Christmas spirit!
Reaching, twisting, and stretching to hang decorations might look effortless… until your back reminds you it’s not

A few festive movement tips from your osteopath:
🎁 Lift from your knees, not your back
🎁 Avoid overreaching — use a sturdy step instead
🎁 Take breaks (and admire your work!)

And if you do overdo it, we’re here to help get you feeling merry again in no time.
