Following on from assessing , we cracked on with some treatment.

Focusing first on her ankle and foot joints performing some and some joint mobilisations. A lot for Jan stems from her feet. When these are moving well, the rest of her body tends to follow and she feel and move a lot better.

We then got stuck into the piriformis, obturator and hamstrings to release some of the tension and ‘stickiness’ around the nerve before releasing the sacrum.

Finally finishing off with some joint release of the mid thoracic and cervical spine
